1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Wasan Group platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, suppliers, and other parties who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Wasan Group operates a B2B marketplace platform that connects verified buyers and suppliers globally. We provide tools for product discovery, supplier verification, order management, secure communications, and trade facilitation.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
- You must represent a legitimate business entity.
- You must not be located in a country subject to trade sanctions or export restrictions.
4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@wasangroup.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Buyer & Supplier Obligations
5.1 Buyers
- Provide accurate purchasing intent and business details.
- Honor purchase agreements made through the platform.
- Complete payments within agreed timelines.
5.2 Suppliers
- Only list genuine, legally compliant products.
- Maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Fulfill orders on agreed terms and timelines.
- Hold all necessary licenses and certifications for listed products.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- List counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods
- Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without permission
- Use automated bots to access or interact with the platform
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Violate any applicable local or international laws
7. Fees and Payments
Certain features of the platform may require payment. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise indicated. Wasan Group reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Wasan Group platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and data — is owned by Wasan Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
9. Trade Assurance & Dispute Resolution
Wasan Group offers a Trade Assurance program for eligible transactions. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through our internal mediation service within 14 business days. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wasan Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or its users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance.
